Started his music career in 2018 as a lecturer at STIMB (Taruna Bakti University), a music university, and as a keyboard player for local artists in Bandung. He eventually expanded his path into the professional music scene as a Music Director and Producer for some of Indonesia’s top musicians.

Dony’s credibility continued to grow, leading to his appointment as a Producer and Arranger for several renowned national artists. Beyond the recording studio, he is also actively involved as a Music Director and a professional keyboard player

He is deeply dedicated to giving his best in every music project he takes on, regardless of the genre or client, striving to create exceptional works that can be enjoyed by audiences.

Setelah bertahun-tahun penuh dengan kerja keras dan keuletan didalam bermusik, di tahun 2018, Ronald Steven mendapat kepercayaan sebagai Music Director, ASIAN GAMES 18, 2018 Jakarta Palembang, Opening & Closing Ceremony, sebuah kepercayaan besar untuk mengantar musik Indonesia kepanggung International.
